Not a little Girl Anymore

So my family and I have this thing, because Kim and Goo are the youngest of the family we have gotten in the habit of always calling them "THe Little Girls"! Even now that they are older they are still the little girls! But this last Tuesday I got to go to Grantsville and see my little sister graduate high school! I couldn't believe it! She is so grown up, I don't feel that old and I still see her as my little tiny blonde haired little girl sister! But I am excited for her! She is excited to be done with the drama of high school! HEHE! It was alot of fun to spend some time with my family! Although I missed my husband like no other, it was the first time we spent apart since we were married! And I didn't like it at all! i wish he could have gone with me! I also got to see mari! She is doing fabulous and I loved being able to talk girl talk with her! I can't wait to spend some time with my family again! But this time I am going to take my husband with me! Love you all! It was so fun to have all of the siblings together! THey are the best!!!

A fun Thursday!!

So yesterday was a very fun day! After work Pablo and I headed to the gym! And let me tell you I have been slacking off way bad at the gym lately but yesterday I worked my butt off! Well not really.....It might take a few more trips to the gym in order to work it all off! HEHE! Anyway, My legs have been hurting all day today, but I love it! It's a good hurt! So back to my way fun day yesterday! After the gym Pablo made me a fabulous dinner! We wanted to grill some chicken! But we don't have the money to buy a grill right now! So we just baked it! It was still so good though! After dinner we went to our friends house, Samm and Toby! I had a blast! We played the game Settlers of Catan! It was so much fun! Pablo and I took last place but it was still alot of fun! Around 11:30 Pablo and I came home and thought we would have a little snack before bed, well we got a little out of control! HEHE! It was the best night! I had so much fun!

Summer is here!

So....Nothing too excited has happened the last few days! I have been working like crazy because of the long weekend and tons of high school graduations around here, but it's fine! I really like my job! Anywho, I got home from work today and Pablo and I went to a ward party! It wasn't anything to special, but we got to play outside and have Popsicles. Pablo and I played kickball! Boys against girls! But the weather is beautiful and I love being in it!! It was a lot of fun hanging out with other couples and getting to know our ward better!!

Sick and Wrong!!

So I really didn't want to put this up! But Pablo thinks it's so funny and gross that he thinks it's something that should be put on a blog! Anyway, so Pablo and I were getting ready to head to the gym, and out of no where he sees a pimple on my stomach, it was really gross, but he wanted to pop it, I know this is really gross! Anyway, he proceeded to pop this really gross pimple, and when it finally popped it was so ready that the puss came flying out and it hit Pablo right on his glasses! So that is when I fell to the ground in laughter! It was quite funny! But totally disgusting at the same time! Pablo started freaking out in discust, but later laughed about it as well! Anyway, Pablo thought that would be something worth putting on a blog! Hope all is well everyone!

WIND!!!

So today was my one day off for the week! It was well needed. I got to clean my house and relax. But that isn't why I am writing this blog.....I just want to vent about living in Idaho. Oh my goodness, today was the worst weather I could ever imagine....ok maybe I am be over dramatic. But the wind here is miserable!! It got up to 60 miles per hour today, and I did my hair so cute, it didn't stay that way for long!! UGH!! HEHE! I just have to keep telling myself that it's the best living in Idaho, because I am with the man I love, and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else! :) Ok that was my vent for the week! it was good to get out!! I just hope we get some nice calm sunny days here soon! I really want to go camping and play outside!

Cinco De Myo

So tonight Pablo and I went to a ward party for cinco de myo! I was a little nervous because we just started going to this ward on Sunday and so we really don't know anybody very well! But I had a blast. The people are so easy to talk too! We sat at a table where one of the guys went to Mexico for his mission, so him and Pablo were able to talk about food and stuff like that! And I just kept conversation with everybody! There was also a salsa contest, so Pablo and I made some salsa before the party and were very confident we would do well! The salsa was delicious, but so were alot of the salsa's that were brought! We didn't win a prize...:( ! HEHE! It's ok! THey also had a pinata, although it only got through about 4 people before it was broken open, and then there was a mad rush to the candy! After the pinata we played an intense game of musical chairs, Pablo and I actually did really well, we also got out at the same time! Ey Ey Ey!! HEHE! But we had a blast, I wish I had pictures to show! We met a couple who were from Maryland, so Pablo had a lot to talk about with them, we plan on getting together this Saturday! I am super excited! I am really glad that we are meeting married couples and making friends! I have never done anything for cinco de myo and I am happy to say that this was an awesome way to start my cinco de myo tradition! HEHE!

So tonight Pablo and I had our first official family home evening. It wasn't anything to planned out! But I thought it was a great way to spend time together and do something we both love! To start off the evening we went to the gym! I ran 3 and a half miles, but afterward my face was a tomatoe sort of red and my heart was pounding really bad, I tried to rest and see if everything would calm down, but it wouldn't go away, so we were only able to spend about an hour at the gym! But even though I got all flushed, I felt I had a great workout! When we got home we had a delicious meal we made together of shrimp and rice, we did amazing if I do say so myself!

Then the best part.....the refreshments! I know kinda contradictive after going to the gym to have dessert....but what is family home evening without dessert??? So together we made sugar cookies! It was so much fun! I always have a blast with my husband and love being married to someone I can laugh and play with!!!
